Attorney. Advocate. Catalyst.

Who I Am

I'm Zachary Winkler, a Philadelphia-based attorney focused on consumer protection class actions and complex litigation. My work holds corporations accountable when they cut corners, mislead consumers, or violate the public trust. I strive to be a strategic partner, working to make sure my clients are heard and empowered, whether they are preparing for their day in court or preparing their law school applications.

I write regularly on false advertising, regulatory loopholes, and the way the law can serve the public—or be manipulated by those in power.

What I Do

Litigation

I represent consumers and small businesses in complex litigation against corporations that abuse trust, manipulate markets, or ignore the law. That work includes:

  • False and deceptive advertising

  • Hidden fees and unfair billing practices

  • Food and drug mislabeling

  • Privacy and data misuse

  • Unlawful product labeling and origin claims

I’ve litigated in federal courts across the country. I don't just file complaints—I build cases to withstand scrutiny, survive dismissal, and create leverage for real recovery.

Admissions Consulting

I help law school applicants sharpen their strategy—from LSAT prep to personal statements—by applying real-world legal skills to the admissions process. I conduct mock interviews informed by my service as an alumni interviewer for my alma mater, Georgetown University Law Center.

Thought Leadership

I write about emerging legal trends, enforcement gaps, and what it actually takes to win complex cases. My writing has appeared on firm platforms and media channels and is geared toward both practitioners and engaged citizens.
