Zachary Winkler is a Philadelphia-based consumer protection attorney, writer, and progressive advocate. His work focuses on safeguarding individual rights and holding corporations accountable through strategic, plaintiff-side litigation. In 2024, Zachary was named to the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 in Civil Litigation in Philadelphia. He serves on the Executive Board of Justice Rising Advocates for Community Legal Services, the Community Advisory Board of the Penn P30 Center for Molecular Studies, and the Evening of Hope committee for the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation (Delaware Valley Chapter). He has also served as a Board Observer to the Atlantic Center for Capital Representation, an anti–death penalty organization.
When he’s not litigating, serving on nonprofit boards, or championing consumer rights, Zachary enjoys cooking, hiking, playing piano, and cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies. He lives in South Philadelphia with his wife, Madeline, and their gray tabby cat, Rosie.
